If you don’t want a Blog page, skip this step and move on to the next one.

To have a page titled “Blog” that will show in your main navigation, create a new page called “Blog”, you can leave the content empty, because it won’t be visible.

1. Navigate to Pages and click “Add New”.
2. Name it “Blog”
3. Click “Publish” (not on page) - if you need help, see the “Adding Pages” tutorial.

This page will now publish to your site…with nothing on it until…(next step)

Click “Reading”

Now select what your front page will be. You can add a new page for this, or use an existing page. I chose the About page.

Next select what page you want your blog posts to show up on. I chose the page I created in step 1, which is Blog. If you chose not to have a blog page, leave this option as -Select-.

You can then select how many blog posts you want to show at one time, then click “Save Changes”. You’re done. Check out your site and you’ll see that the “Blog” page shows your blog posts, and the About page is your new front page.

Pat yourself on the back, you did a great job!
